This is private coaching for people who are no longer interested in managing symptoms or collecting insight — and are ready to change how they actually live.
Our work focuses on the patterns beneath your thoughts: the protective strategies, nervous-system responses, shadow material, and identity structures that quietly shape your relationships, health, work, and sense of purpose.
This is not talk therapy, and it’s not motivational coaching.
It’s structured, embodied, and confrontational when needed.

Rites of Fire retreats are structured initiatory experiences for people standing at a genuine threshold in life — moments when the old identity no longer works and something new is demanding to emerge.
These are not wellness retreats or inspirational weekends.
They are deliberately designed rites of passage.
Each retreat follows a clear arc: separation from familiar patterns, descent into deeper psychological and somatic territory, confrontation through challenge and ritual, and intentional reintegration. The work is experiential, embodied, and relational — designed to be felt in the nervous system, not just understood intellectually.
The retreats may include silence, physical challenge, ritualized confrontation, altered states, intimate relating practices, and periods of deep reflection. Every element is intentional and held within a contained, facilitated group environment.
This work is for those who feel the call to be tested — not to be broken, but to be stripped of what is false. Participants are asked to meet fear, grief, desire, truth, and responsibility directly, with support and structure rather than spectacle or chaos.
Rites of Fire is for people who want initiation rather than inspiration, and experience rather than explanation.
The aim is not catharsis for its own sake.
The aim is integration — a clearer sense of identity, deeper self-trust, stronger relational presence, and a lived connection to purpose that extends beyond the retreat itself.

The work is built around sustainable strength, nervous-system regulation, and practical habits that hold up under real-world stress. Rather than pushing intensity for its own sake, we focus on building a body that is resilient, adaptable, and trustworthy over time.
Training is individualized and intelligent. Programs are designed around your current capacity, injury history, lifestyle, and goals, with an emphasis on strength, mobility, conditioning, and recovery. We train in a way that increases confidence in your body rather than breaking it down.
The health side of the work integrates movement, breath, recovery, nutrition fundamentals, and nervous-system awareness. This is not biohacking or extreme optimization. It is about restoring basic rhythms: energy, sleep, digestion, focus, and physical presence.
This work is especially well-suited for people coming out of burnout, stress, injury, or long periods of disconnection from their body — or for those who want to build a strong physical foundation to support deeper psychological or spiritual work.
The aim is not aesthetics or performance alone.
The aim is capacity — a body that feels steady, capable, and available for the life you are actually living.
